SkyStone Ltd was founded in 2022 in the City of London. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately international — built for clients whose lives, families and assets cross more than one border.
SkyStone was started by a small group of property veterans and international finance professionals who had spent two decades watching the same script play out: a client buys a flat in London from Shanghai, hands it to a large agency, and slowly disappears into a CRM. By year three, the property manager has changed three times. By year five, no one at the firm remembers the client's name.
We thought there was a better way. SkyStone is built around one named partner per client — someone who owns the relationship from first viewing to the day, perhaps decades later, when the property is sold or passed to the next generation. We work in the City of London because that's where most of our clients' British property sits. We have offices in Shanghai, Singapore and Dubai because that's where most of our clients live.
We're a Companies House-registered British firm (No. 15281985), regulated, insured, and a member of the relevant professional ombudsman schemes. But the way we work is closer to a family office than a high-street estate agent: long horizons, calm communication, and the assumption that the relationship outlasts any single transaction.

Three principles we hold to. They explain almost everything else about us.
You'll never be reassigned. The partner who shows you the property is the same person who manages your tenant, files your tax return, and one day handles the sale. We measure relationships in decades, not transactions.
We will tell you when not to buy. We will tell you when an offer is too high. We will tell you when the lease is wrong, the freeholder is uncommunicative, or the development is overpriced. Our job is to be useful, not closeable.
